Simone Bauer is 21 years old and grew up in the quiet Burglengenfeld. At 14, she began to write, initially only for friends, but eventually pushed to the desire for more. A book should be. But until the time came, took a long time and lots of ideas.
The 21-year-old had lots of ideas, creative and entertaining, but the publishing company Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf was not convinced by the talented author. After many more written pages, was finally able to convince them. The editors of the publishing house she wanted to know. Packed with many ideas Simone traveled to Berlin.
From idea to book - in one weekend
In Berlin, Simone could let their creativity run wild and the editors describe their idea. These were so interested that they formed together the characters of their story. And then everything happened very quickly. "My book, I've actually written over four weekends," says Simone. "I first wrote the beginning and then the end.". The characters are fictitious, however, says Simone, but the main character ähnle her but a little bit.
An idea for a new book Simone has been, but for now her full time job does not allow second book. Writer, she wants to be. "I'd like a house on the beach." Says Simone and smiles.
