Expo Real 2012

Place on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from 08 10/10/2012 15th to the already International trade fair for commercial real estate and investments held. The Expo Real is one of the largest fairs in Europe for real estate business and also offers this year to 64,000 square feet over 1,600 exhibitors to present their offerings in the latest trend around the commercial real estate.
Among them are, in addition to representatives of various economic regions and cities, developers and project managers, architects and planners, investors and financiers, consultants and brokers, corporate real estate managers as well as some expansion ladder. Already last year the total satisfaction of the visitors was very positive: 98% of visitors rated the Expo Real 2011 with good to excellent. 99% of participants would recommend a visit to the exhibition and 98% plan to return.

The exhibitors were very satisfied with their participation in last year: 97% said that the Expo Real in total with good to excellent, and almost all of the exhibitors (99%) recommend exhibiting at the Expo Real. 73% rated the contacts and the contact structure to be excellent.
In addition to the other 71 countries, which this year will be represented at the Expo Real, Austria increased its presence to a total of 72 exhibiting companies and thus forms one of the most representative markets. Most Austrian exhibitors are represented here in two pavilions: "Vienna - Central Europe" and "Austria".

The conference program with five boards and their 400 speakers promises hot discussions about the innovations of the real estate, investment and financing market, as well as about the current trends.
