Sigur Rós surprise us every day as much for his music in ways that promote it. Far from sticking to the strictly alternative or independent, the band has shown Jonsi part of its music catalog both in film ('A Place To Dream' or '127 Hours'), as in a hit television series. The latest in audio material have Icelandic group was The Vampire Diaries, "soap opera" bearing fictitious cutting televisándose for about three years.
The SR-sounding piece in The Vampire Diaries is titled 'Dauðalogn' and can be heard in the final scene in chapter 22 of the third season. Do not know about you but to me I find it very strange that enjoy the epic vocal ability Jonsi between using a visual context as presented in these four minutes of footage.
